For years I worked as a Cloud Solution Architect and DevOps Engineer inside a large bank. I designed scalable architectures, automated delivery pipelines and worked closely with the core banking systems that keep millions of transactions flowing every day.

I've seen firsthand what it takes to modernize legacy platforms, meet strict regulatory and security requirements, and keep mission-critical systems running without downtime. Along the way I found that the part I loved most wasn't the technology itself. It was the people behind it.

So I turned that into my next chapter: freelance IT recruitment focused on banking and financial services.
